Baxter published a bulletin on March 22, 2022, stating that Amia and Kaguya, in all fielded versions, use Axeda agents listed in PTC's Access:7 advisory on the Axeda agent and Axeda Desktop Server for Windows. The bulletin gives no CVE list or score.

Baxter states additional design features mitigate the risk and that it is working with PTC to upgrade the Axeda agent during 2022. Remote service agents age with the device they ship in, so the upgrade date matters more than the mitigation language.
