Vision RT says AlignRT and its clinical systems are not affected by PHP2Shell

Vision RT said on October 23, 2026 that the clinical systems it supplies, including AlignRT, are not affected by the PHP2Shell vulnerabilities, CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. It pointed questions to security@visionrt.com.

The same page says Vision RT products are not affected by CVE-2025-8875 and CVE-2025-8876 announced by N-able, because those CVEs apply only to N-able NCentral, a separate product from the N-able Nsight software Vision RT uses. It also says Vision RT does not install CrowdStrike software on its systems.

A dated, product-named negative is useful to a radiotherapy department working through a scanner report. IT can close the AlignRT ticket and spend its time on vendors that have not answered.
