Philips issued an advisory on December 10, 2021 on CVE-2021-40438, a server-side request forgery vulnerability in Apache HTTP Server versions 2.4.48 and earlier. Reports confirmed active exploitation of the previously fixed flaw.
Philips lists Pinnacle 18.x as affected. SSRF lets an attacker make the server send requests on their behalf, often into internal services the attacker cannot reach directly. Fixed upstream months earlier, it was still being exploited, which says plenty about patch lag.
