Philips issued an advisory on September 30, 2021 on VMware advisory VMSA-2021-0020.1, which confirmed multiple vulnerabilities in vCenter Server and Cloud Foundation. Philips lists IntelliSpace PACS as the affected product.

IntelliSpace PACS deployments run on virtual infrastructure, and vCenter controls every virtual machine under it. Whoever owns vCenter owns the PACS, so its patch cycle belongs in the device risk file.
