Philips posted an advisory on November 18, 2022, listing IntelliSpace PACS as in scope for two critical F5 vulnerabilities, CVE-2022-41622 and CVE-2022-41800, in the BIG-IP and BIG-IQ product line.
F5 was still working on a fix at the time. A PACS that depends on an unpatched load balancer inherits the balancer's exposure until that fix ships, so the interim control is keeping BIG-IP management interfaces off any network a workstation can reach.
