Olympus published a security advisory on May 25, 2026 for VaultStream Server software versions 10.x and older. The product is affected by a set of third-party vulnerabilities, among them .NET Framework remote code execution, HTTP/2 Rapid Reset (CVE-2023-44487) and the PHP flaw CVE-2024-4577. Olympus scores them with environmental CVSS 4.0 up to 7.3.
Olympus has identified no exploitation and no patient safety impact. Under certain network access conditions, though, exploitation could allow unauthorized access to patient information. A dozen third-party CVEs on one video archive server is an SBOM problem first, and the network boundary is the control until each component is updated.
