Canon Medical's security information page on the Apache Log4j vulnerability was last updated on March 28, 2022. It lists Vitrea Advanced 7.x and the VL Alphenix Angio Workstation (AWS) 8.0 to 9.3 as using affected Apache Log4j, covering CVE-2021-44228, CVE-2021-45046, CVE-2021-45105 and CVE-2021-44832.

For the Alphenix AWS, LDAP port 389 is closed, so the attack fails. Vitrea mitigation instructions are provided by Vital Images.

A closed outbound port stopping Log4Shell is a good result, but it is a configuration fact, and configuration drifts. Track the library version too.
