Johnson & Johnson MedTech published a product security notification on July 24, 2023 for the Biosense Webster CARTO 3 system. Two free-of-charge Security Service Packs carry security updates, patches and controls.

C3 V6 SSP 5.0 (KT-0001-30) covers CARTO 3 V6.0.70.100 and V6.0.80.45. C3 V7.1 SSP 6.0 (KT-0001-31) covers V7.1.80.33. Labs running both generations need both kits, and a mapping system that misses one cycle starts the next one further behind.
