B. Braun published a statement on September 29, 2026, on CVE-2026-18963 in OnlineSuiteplus. The product uses third-party Keycloak, and the flaw lets an unauthenticated attacker force the password reset process for any user, a weak password recovery weakness (CWE-640).

Affected is OnlineSuiteplus Platform Administration 3.0.0, and only if a specific non-default parameter was changed. An attacker who takes over an account gains privilege escalation, file upload and download and settings changes. B. Braun scores it CVSS 9.1 under v3.1 and 9.4 under v4.0, and says it is server-side only with no effect on patient safety.

The non-default condition is the first thing to check, since it decides whether the 9.4 applies to a given install.
