CISA advisory ICSMA-18-037-01 reports an uncontrolled search path flaw (CVE-2018-5457, CVSS v3 6.7) in the Vyaire Medical CareFusion Upgrade Utility 2.0.2.2 and earlier on Windows XP. Vyaire replaced it with the Vyaire Upgrade Utility 2.0.3.0, which requires Windows 7 or later.
