Six flaws in J4Care's dcm4chee-arc-light let attackers delete or tamper with stored medical images

CISA advisory ICSMA-26-288-02, published October 15, covers six CVEs in J4Care's dcm4chee-arc-light DICOM archive, aggregate CVSS 9.1. Two are missing-authentication flaws that let unregistered callers pull or inject patient imaging by default; a third lets a caller trigger deletion of stored studies. Version 5.35.2 fixes all six.
